1. When you join any of our mailing lists your contact details become part of Be Smart Media mailing list database. That database enables us to send you information about hints and tips, events and special offers.
2. Only Be Smart Media has rights to the database. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your contact details remain confidential at all times.
3. On request, Be Smart Media will provide you with a copy of your contact details. You may at any time ask us to update or remove your contact details from our database. There is of course an unsubscribe link always attached to email marketing messages.
5. Unfortunately, data transmission over the Internet can never be guaranteed as completely secure. Be Smart Media cannot ensure the security of information transmitted via the Internet, either from you or to you.
6. The free mobile website offer is available to the first 50 new clients from 3/12/12 ordering a new, bespoke website. The mobile site may not have every page the main site has if the main site has elements that do not work well on mobile sites. The point of a mobile site is speed of loading and getting the most important information to the viewer straight away increasing conversion into enquiries.
7. To claim your £100 referral fee under our referral scheme, you need to refer a business known to you and that referral must lead to business with a minimum value of £397.
